Delivery Information

For the time being we are only shipping to the United Kingdom, with the two main options being 1st and 2nd class delivery. We do not deliver to British Overseas Territories or Sovereign Base Areas, nor do we ship to the U.K.’s Highlands & Islands.

Our standard U.K 2nd class delivery is £3.90, which normally arrives in 2-3 business days after the date of dispatch. On orders over £40 this delivery mode is free. For orders over £70 there will be a free personalised gift included in your order.

Our U.K. 1st class delivery is £4.90, and normally arrives 1-2 business days after the date of dispatch.

Our main delivery providers are the Royal Mail and Parcelforce.

If you wish to purchase an item that is out of stock, please contact us and we will clarify when the item(s) will be available. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Our delivery partners are now operating contact-free delivery so that you can still receive your parcels safely without requiring a signature.
