Loxley Ruling Pen
A ruling pen is an instrument for drawing lines of even thickness, and it contains ink in a slot between two flexible metal jaws, which are tapered to a point. It enables precise rendering of very thin lines. By adjusting the screw on the side you can accurately adjust the width of your desired line. Suitable for use with artist masking fluid, drawing ink, watercolours and gouache.
